Bogle Pinot Noir 2009

Puri's thoughts: Not too great. Although I'm the one that doesn't like Pinos too much, I at least can tell the difference between a good and bad one. This bottle didn't have really any taste to call itself a Pino in the first place. There was no spice, nor any depth in flavor or aroma. It simply gave the "fragrance" and taste of fermented grapes. Both were extremely bitter, almost what someone who appreciates wine may already consider Red Wine Vinegar. On the plus side, there was no sign of any sediments (not the biggest plus, really).

Adam's thoughts: We paired this with steak with good intentions. The steak was nice, but the wine contributed very little. As above, the wine is primarily an alcohol derived from grapes. There is very little positive to say about this bottle and, in fact, little to say at all.
